Welcome to GinkgoNotes! By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

GinkgoNotes is a SaaS platform that helps users remember their notes through spaced repetition by emailing them their notes.

2. Account Usage

	•	Users may only use their own email addresses for the note reminder functionality.
	•	Abuse of the platform, including but not limited to creating excessive notes or spamming, is prohibited. GinkgoNotes reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms, with partial refunds provided where applicable.

3. Refund Policy

	•	Users may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase.
	•	After this period, refunds will only be provided at GinkgoNotes’ discretion in cases of service disruption or account deactivation due to abuse.

4. User Data

	•	We collect and store personal data, including name, email, and payment information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
	•	Non-personal data, such as web cookies, is also collected for website functionality and analytics.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

	•	Users gain access to note reminder functionality upon purchasing a package but do not own any software, data, or intellectual property rights associated with GinkgoNotes.
	•	Users must not misuse the platform or infringe on the rights of others.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.

7. Updates to the Terms

GinkgoNotes may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
